The pink daily reports that President Zamparini is ready to take action and replace Iachini with Gianluca Atzori, should he not show a reaction with the team in their Week 3 fixture against Inter.
The Gazzetta add weight to their claims in suggesting former Sampdoria and Catania boss Atzori was at the Bentegodi yesterday evening to take in Palermo’s defeat.
However, Zamp has issued a quick response to make clear his position on the matter.
