Here’s how Napoli could line up with their new signings Tanguy Ndombele and Giacomo Raspadori.
Both players are set to move to the Stadio Maradona on initial loan deals.
The Raspadori deal with Sassuolo comes with an obligation to buy for €30m plus add-ons. Ndombele will join the Partenopei on loan with an option to buy for circa €30m.
The France international has already landed in Italy to undergo his medical with the Partenopei (VIDEO) and will be followed by Raspadori shortly.
Napoli have been quite busy lately, having also announced Giovanni Simeone from Hellas Verona.
But how could Luciano Spalletti line up his Napoli side with the latest newcomers?
The Tuscan tactician mainly uses a 4-2-3-1 system or 4-3-3 and both Ndombele and Raspadori will bolster his options in attack and midfield.
Ndombele can play in a two or three-man midfield, while Raspadori can be deployed as a Trequartista – behind a centre forward – or as a false 9. He played in both positions during his time at Sassuolo, but was mainly deployed as an attacking midfielder last season.
Simeone could be used in a 4-4-2 formation partnering Raspadori or Victor Osimhen or replace the Nigeria international as the main centre forward when Spalletti picks a 4-3-3 or a 4-2-3-1 formation.

I don’t think this article is accurate, Raspadori is quite certain to start in any formation
Zielinski is not even im one of them, He made a really good first game.
Raspa vill only replace Lozano or Zielinski if he’s leaving or sucking again
Think they’ll run a 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow or Wide. Ndombele at CDM. Either Lobotka and Zambo if it’s narrow if it’s wide the two wingers. Raspadori as the CAM, with Osimhen and Simeone up top. Thoughts?

I think simeone will be backup for oshimen, raspa to start either on LW or CAM
A lot of firepower here, will be important to get the proper blend of players together to maximize the potential.
Perhaps a bit of credit to ADL for putting together a rather respectable club.
