Il Mattino report that if the issue does not ease in the coming hours, the former Real Madrid man would opt to pull out of Thursday’s trip out to the UK.

The Corriere dello Sport say that goalkeeper Reina is also at risk from missing the match, as he is set for tests at training today to determine if he has recovered from an injury that kept him out of the weekend match.
