Hertha Berlin are reportedly upset with Juventus for not playing a number of their star players in this weekend’s pre-season friendly.

The two clubs faced off in Germany on Saturday, with the Bianconeri running out 2-0 winners thanks to goals from Alessandro Matri and Milos Krasic.

However, reports in the German Press today have Hertha angry that Antonio Conte’s side did not field any of the eight players who had participated earlier this summer at Euro 2012.

Andrea Pirlo, Gianluigi Buffon and the other six Juve players to have begun pre-season training later than their teammates were not named in the match-day squad at the weekend.

Reports suggest that there was an agreement between the clubs that Conte would have involved these players, though. A crowd of 32,588 watched the game.
