Francesco Guidolin reveals “the dream performance” that Udinese need to beat Lazio in the lunchtime kick-off.

“Playing at this hour isn't going to be a drama. We just need to wake up a bit earlier and get ourselves into gear in time,” he said of the 11.30 UK time start.

“Lazio have many players of pure quality, but it is up to us to try to limit them and go on the counter-attack often. That is the dream performance.

“We know that we can keep the tempo up, as physically we are in great shape.”

The Friulani had a terrible start to the season, but have picked up the pace and fought back to beat Fiorentina last week.

“The first milestone must be the 40-point mark that confirms our safety, then there is the personal ambition to do better. It's never good in football to settle.”
