Udinese boss Francesco Guidolin has urged his side to forget the defeat to Chievo on Saturday and focus on the match with Genoa tomorrow.
The Zebrette went down 2-1 at the weekend to suffer their second defeat of the season, but the Coach has called on his players to react in a positive way.
“We have to stay focused on the match tomorrow,” he told a Press conference. “We will hope to have a good game and play as we know how.
“Some of the boys are in differing conditions, so I as a Coach will have to make the right choices.
“Of course we are bitter about the defeat, but we will not make a drama about it.
“No one is happy, but we will try our best to reverse this current form. I have not spoken with the President but I’m sure it affects everyone at the club.
“Genoa are a strong team who have a great squad with experienced players. I do not know Liverani as a Coach too well.
“But I remember him as a player and he clearly had the potential to become a tactician.
“I wish him all the best for his career.”
