Francesco Guidolin requested “courage” from Udinese as they take on Serie A leaders Juventus this evening.

The game will kick off at 17.30 GMT, brought forward so 12,000 children can fill the stands while ultras are barred from the Curva for anti-Neapolitan chants. Click here for a match preview.

“We are facing the strongest side in Serie A who, with all likelihood, are destined to win the Scudetto for the third year running,” said Coach Guidolin in his Press conference.

“All I ask from my players is courage, that little bit more courage it takes to dare. We must do well on the counter and be more attacking.

“All teams who face Juventus want to push them back, but instead find themselves pinned into their own half behind wave after wave of attacks. Once they’ve got into gear, they win nine games out of 10.

“I think my team has built a certain mentality over the past few years, but not every season is the same. It is very clear that so far we have not done well away from home.

“Peak fitness is crucial to do well in Serie A and especially against Juventus, so we’ve been working on the wings for a while.”

Guidolin was asked what he envies in Juve Coach Antonio Conte.

“His youth. I see myself in Conte, as I recognise the grit with which he guides the team from the bench.”

Luis Muriel and Matias Ranegie are injured, while Gianpiero Pinzi is not 100 per cent fit.

Udinese squad for Juventus: Brkic, Kelava, Scuffet; Basta, Bubnjic, Danilo, Domizzi, Douglas, Gabriel Silva, Heurtaux, Naldo, Widmer; Allan, Badu, Fernandes, Jadson, Lazzari, Mlinar, Pereyra, Pinzi; Di Natale, Maicosuel, Nico Lopez, Zielinski
