Vincenzo Guerini will be named as the new Fiorentina Coach for the rest of the season after the dismissal of Delio Rossi.
The latter was sacked last night after he physically attacked midfielder Adem Ljajic following a verbal disagreement.
Guerini, who already works for the club as a director, will take charge of his first training session later today.
The 58-year-old has bossed numerous clubs in his career, including the likes of Bologna, Brescia, Ancona and Napoli.
However, he hasn’t taken charge of a side since a spell at Catanzaro in the 2005-06 campaign.
