Fredy Guarin has become the latest Inter midfielder linked with a move away from San Siro, as Walter Mazzarri looks to revamp the Nerazzurri.

The new Coach is keen to completely rejuvenate the Beneamata for next season after last term's disappointment.

Youngster Alfred Duncan, who was a sensation on loan at Livorno in 2012/13, has been linked with a move to Sunderland, whilst Matias Silvestre has also been heavily rumoured with a departure.

However, Sport Mediaset have claimed today that Guarin could be put on the transfer list so as to recoup some cash for the purchases of Radja Nainggolan and Antonio Nocerino.

The Colombia international was a rare bright spark for Andrea Stramaccioni's men last term, scoring and assisting four goals apiece in 32 appearances. He is believed to be valued at around €16m.
