Turkish media report Fredy Guarin is set to move to Fenerbahce, but his agent says they’ve ‘never contacted’ him.

Reports suggested that the Colombian had agreed a move to the Superlig club, with playing time likely to be limited at San Siro thanks to the arrival of Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The speculation was that Inter were asking for €8m for the midfielder, while Fener’s initial offer was €5m, but that a deal could be reached.

However, speaking to FCInterNews, the player’s agent denied any talks in no uncertain terms.

“I don’t know the exact content of what was reported in the Turkish media, so I can’t categorically deny this talk,”  Marcelo Ferreyra began.

“But what I can say is that Fener have never contacted me, and haven’t put forward any proposal for a possible transfer for Fredy.”
