Fabio Grosso has been freed from his contract with Verona and looks to be heading to Brescia to succeed Eugenio Corini.

It’s not official yet, but Sky Sport Italia and Alfredo Pedulla both report the 2006 World Cup winner is all set for Brescia, who are looking for a new coach after sacking Corini.

They claim Grosso has come to an agreement with Verona President Maurizio Setti to terminate his contract, which had remained in force since his dismissal in May.
