“At the start of the season nobody expected this. We are truly living the dream that none of us expected, to win the group ahead of Lyon and Everton. It will really remain in history,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“I think our first game against Everton had all the determination to prove we weren’t here as a fluke, that we wanted to continue amazing the people in Italy and Europe too.
“Every now and then, we have to make sacrifices, so that includes running all the way up and down the flank. We want to continue this journey and nobody can take away the dream of continuing to make history with this side. We’ll see what happens in February.”
