Inter are reportedly ready to swoop for Olivier Giroud on a free transfer, offering the Chelsea striker a two-year contract.
Giroud seemed to be on his way to Inter in January, but the deal collapsed after Chelsea failed to land a replacement.
However, the Frenchman will become a free agent at the end of the season and is therefore in control of his destiny.
According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Nerazzurri are still interested and will propose a two-year contract with the option for a third season.

However, it would mean the 33-year-old taking a salary cut, from his current €8m to ‘well below’ Romelu Lukaku and Christian Eriksen – the club’s highest earners on €6.5m.
Giroud, for his part, would like to work with Antonio Conte again, even if it means deputising for Lukaku.
