The midfielder joined the port club this summer after a loan agreement was reached with Racing Avellaneda.
“He is a player worthy of a top club,” Delli Carri told Pianeta Genoa 1893. “He now needs to prove that here at Genoa.
“He is a midfielder who is well suited to our championship because he’s physically strong and has above-average technique.”
Centurion, who celebrated his 20th birthday in January, is an Argentina Under-20 international.
