Gian Piero Gasperini said Atalanta look forward to the 'decisive' second leg against Napoli in the Coppa Italia. ‘Every situation will be exploited to the maximum’.

La Dea and Napoli played out a goalless draw at the Stadio Diego Maradona last week and the Orobici coach believes it will be a much more open game at the Gewiss Stadium tomorrow.

“I think it will be a different match than the first leg,” Gasperini told the club’s official website. “Tomorrow we will play the second leg of these semi-finals and it will be the decisive one.

“Every situation will therefore be exploited to the maximum and the margins of error will be reduced.

“However, we saw in the first leg that we are competitive even against a great team like Napoli.”

The disappointing 3-3 draw against Torino in Serie A is already forgotten and Gasperini is glad they are back on the pitch straight away.

“Luckily we play every three days and we need to think about the next match immediately,” he said.

“And this will be very important, because we are playing at home against Napoli for a place in the Final. It’s an opportunity to be exploited.

“It means a lot to us, as well as for them, because we don’t arrive in a Cup Final every year.”
