Corriere della Sera has reported today that Turkish giants Galatasaray are now looking to bring in the former Arsenal man on a temporary deal.
The Roman newspaper points out that such a deal could suit the Giallorossi, as the 28-year-old’s salary currently stands at €3m per season, which the Turks would have to take on.
However, Roma Coach Rudi Garcia insisted on Saturday that Gervinho is ‘still important’ to the club despite his near departure.
