“I’m training with so much dedication, I’m very focused on what I have to do,” the forward, known as Gabigol, told Uol.
“I’m very happy with my last game, I can give good support. Now we’re facing the big European teams and that will give us a benchmark for the rest of the season.
“It’s been a good pre-season. I’m fine with everyone, we always talk and we play, and that’s important to build a good relationship on and off the pitch.
“I’m a very calm lad, I’m a cheerful person and I hope to transmit that to my teammates.”
