The transfer is believed to be worth €13m and is finally ready for completion after he allowed Napoli to take his image rights.

Gabbiadini cannot make his debut on Tuesday against Cesena, as he is sitting out a one-match Serie A ban.

The 23-year-old Italy international has scored seven goals and provided one assist in 13 Serie A games this season.

He also netted two in two Coppa Italia appearances.
