Atalanta’s Manolo Gabbiadini is aware that he wouldn’t be staying at Juventus should he complete a move to Turin this summer.

The two clubs are in discussions for the striker and an agreement is understood to be close for the 20-year-old.

“Juventus? I want to play for a club who can offer me some space on a weekly basis,” the Italian Under-21 international told Sport Italia.

“I would have few chances in Bianconero, so I would prefer a loan experience at a club such as Bologna. I’d be happy with that destination.”

Bologna are a leading candidate to take the player on loan from Juve should the Old Lady complete his swoop.

Gabbiadini is also of interest to Borussia Dortmund, but the youngster wants to prove himself in his homeland first.

“I’d like to go and play abroad one day, but I want to do well in Italy first,” he continued.
