It’s a remarkable achievement for this tiny club from the Lazio region, a city with 46,000 inhabitants.
Frosinone only got their first ever promotion into Serie B nine years ago.
That still gave them the opportunity to play prestigious opposition, as in 2006-07 they were in Serie B with Juventus, Napoli and Genoa.
They were relegated into Lega Pro in 2011, then climbed back up to Serie B last season, so this is their second consecutive promotion.
Frosinone are the 65th different club to play in the top flight.
