Newly-promoted Serie A side Frosinone are ready to sign forward Duje Cop for €4m.

Sky Sport Italia claim the deal is practically done for a loan worth €500,000 and option to buy for a further €3.5m.

There are also likely to be some performance-related bonuses included in the move.

Cop only joined Cagliari in January on an 18-month loan from Dinamo Zagreb, scoring four goals in 16 games, but was unable to prevent their relegation into Serie B.
