Frosinone have asked Sporting CP for Croatian midfielder Josip Misic on loan with option to buy.
According to Calciomercato.it, the Serie A strugglers have set their sights on the 24-year-old.
It would be his second stint in Italy after spending the 2015-16 campaign on loan at Spezia.
He only joined Sporting from HNK Rijeka a year ago for €2.75m.
However, Misic has been given only three brief appearances this season for under 75 minutes of football.
