Parma fell to a heavy friendly defeat against Norwich during tactical experiments, while Bologna and Siena won their games.

The Ducali's tour of England continues as, after a 2-0 win at Luton Town this week, they visited Premier League newcomers Norwich.

They took the opportunity to run some tactical experiments, fielding striker Fabio Borini on the left wing to support Sebastian Giovinco and Graziano Pellé.

However, it didn't have much effect and Norwich went in front through Holt. After the break Giovinco started to create more danger, but Surman bagged a brace in the final stages.

Tomorrow Parma will change again to play West Bromwich Albion.

Elsewhere, Bologna thumped local side Faro Gaggio Montano 7-0, including a penalty from new signing Robert Acquafresca.

Among the others on target were Daniele Portanova, Marco Di Vaio and a Henry Gimenez double.

Siena beat Pontevecchio 5-0, but it was a poor first half with only one goal from Gaetano D'Agostino.

After the break Emanuele Calaiò sparked a brighter performance with Michele Paolucci also among the scorers.
