“I don’t know when I’ll be back yet,” the Uruguayan international told Sky Sport Italia. “But I’m desperate to play.
“I haven't been able to contribute much since I joined, in what hasn't been an easy period, so I can't wait to be able to help the team.”
The 32-year-old has played in just five Serie A games so far this term and he hasn’t scored since the club’s first game of the season – the 4-3 loss at Palermo.
