It kicks off at 20.00 GMT at the Amsterdam ArenA.
The former Manchester United players have trained individually, and Paulo Fonseca hopes to recover them for the next Serie A game against Bologna.
Rick Karsdorp is also not 100 per cent fit but is suspended for the Amsterdam ArenA tie.

During his pre-match press conference, Ajax coach Erik ten Hag said Roma are an “entertaining team” but insisted his side can beat Roma and qualify for the Europa League semi-finals.
