Antonio Floro Flores is on the verge of re-joining Genoa after watching the Grifone in action on Sunday afternoon.

The striker, currently on loan at Spanish club Granada from Udinese, will join the Rossoblu once the January transfer window opens.

“Am I happy? Can you not tell by my face?” he smiled at Marassi.

It’s unclear whether the forward, who netted 10 goals in 18 games for the Grifone during a loan spell in 2011, will join the club on a temporary or permanent basis.

The former Napoli man is set for a move after recently pulling out of a Granada game because of a back problem – only to then go skiing instead.
