After Dusan Vlahovic, Patrick Cutrone and German Pezzella tested positive for COVID-19, the Viola stopped naming the figures in their club who were infected.
Another six – three players and three staff – were confirmed after blanket tests were performed this week.

Defender Venuti was potentially exposed, because his girlfriend Augusta Iezzi confirmed on Instagram Stories that she had tested positive.
“I was very sick for two weeks,” she said. “In the first, I had horrible stabbing pains and couldn’t even get out of bed. The situation slowly improved and I am now happy to celebrate my recovery with you.”
The players and staff who tested positive have gone into a 14-day quarantine.
