Fiorentina are in negotiations for teenage Dutch right-back Kevin Diks, confirmed Vitesse Arnhem.
Sky Sport Italia are confident a deal has been done for approximately €2.8m.
The 19-year-old is an Under-21 international for the Netherlands.
“Fiorentina have requested information and a formal offer could arrive soon,” Vitesse director of sport Joost de Wit told Telegraaf.
“However, we told the Viola that it has to be a serious proposal.”
