The defender’s representative revealed earlier today that he was in talks with the Nerazzurri, with a deal thought to be close.
“I’m in Barcelona to sort out some details,” Juan De Dios Carrasco told calciomercato.it.
“I hope for a positive conclusion soon, we’re sorting out the final details.”
The 24-year-old right-back is believed to be on the verge of agreeing to move to San Siro on an initial loan deal, with the Beneamata having the option of making the move permanent for €8m.
Liverpool and Juventus were also thought to be interested, but it appears Inter are on the verge of sealing a deal.
