All they need to do is have an agreement signed by their footballers and staff members approved by the provincial labour commission.

La Repubblica also claims Inter have paid salaries for July and August, but the Nerazzurri had already paid September and October, according to a previous report of Il Corriere della Sera.

As per La Repubblica, Napoli are the only Serie A club up to date with payments as they have already granted the January salaries.
