Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero says Mario Balotelli would calm down were he to play for the Blucerchiati.
Samp were linked with the Liverpool striker earlier this season, and have previous with wayward strikers, as Antonio Cassano produced arguably the best form of his career at Marassi.
“Balotelli has been slaughtered by the media,” Ferrero told Gazzetta dello Sport.
“He doesn’t have anyone who will protect him.
