The Brazilian midfielder officially completed his move to the Blucerchiati yesterday, with club President Massimo Ferrero predicting he’ll be the signing of the season.
“I’m very happy and motivated by this new challenge,” Fernando wrote on his instagram profile.

“I’m very happy and motivated by this new challenge,” Fernando wrote on his instagram profile.
“I want to thank Sampdoria, and in particular President Massimo Ferrero, who believed in me and what I can do.
“I hope to repay that trust with great dedication to the club and the fans.”
The 23-year-old arrives for €8m, with Samp paying €4m up front, and the other half of the fee next summer.
