The Giallorossi are reportedly trying to offload Perotti to get rid of his wages this summer and the Argentine has been linked with a move to Al-Shabab in Saudi Arabia.
But the newspaper claims Turkish giants Fenerbahce are ready to enter the chase for the attacking midfielder.
Perotti arrived from Genoa in July 2016 and has played 138 games for Roma, who want to separate from his €3m-a-year salary.
