The Swedish midfielder signed for the Toro in the summer from Young Boys, and the 29-year-old has admitted that working with the experienced tactician has been a great experience.
“Everything is different here,” he told La Stampa. “The workouts are hard and there is a great focus on the tactical side of the game.
“The club put a lot of trust in me and I hope to repay that this season.
“Ventura is unique when it comes to studying opponents. He is a great point of reference for the squad.”
