Former Parma owner Tommaso Ghirardi and CEO Pietro Leonardi have been given five-year bans and fined €150,000 for their mismanagement of the fallen giants.
Calcionews24 reports the punishments were handed out on Friday by Cesare Mastrocola, President of the FIGC’s Federal National Court.
Ghirardi owned Parma between January 2007 and December 2014 before selling the club to a consortium headed by Albanian oil tycoon Rezart Taci.

It then emerged that Parma’s debts had spiralled beyond €200m, resulting in the Ducali being sold on for just €1.
However, successive President Giampiero Manenti broke several promises about funding and was given a similar sanction to the aforementioned pair in September 2015.
Parma were subsequently reborn in Serie D last summer and won promotion to Lega Pro at the first time of asking.
