Lazio need a victory to leapfrog Galatasaray and win the Europa League group, so rely on Ciro Immobile and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 20.00 GMT.
Both these teams have already secured their place in the competition, but only the group winners go straight to the Round of 16.
The runners-up will enter a play-off against one of the sides that is transferred from the Champions League.
Thomas Strakosha’s howler gave Galatasaray the 1-0 victory in Istanbul, which so far is what separates the teams in this group.
Immobile has shaken off an injury to start, with Milinkovic-Savic in support, seeing as the Serbian is suspended for this weekend’s Serie A game.
Galatasaray are without injured Boey, while Cicaldau has COVID-19, but coach Fatih Terim has made the trip after hospital treatment for a stomach upset.
Fernando Muslera faces his former club at the Stadio Olimpico.

I’m watching this game and am confused. Does Lazio think a draw will put them through as group leaders? Because they sure are playing like a draw is OK and they want to conserve energy. Pretty boring stuff so far….
