Empoli have officially taken Colombia Under-20 international Andres Tello on loan from Juventus.
The 19-year-old midfielder first joined Juve in 2015 from Envigado and spent last season on loan with Cagliari in Serie B.
He scored two goals in 24 Serie B appearances for the Sardinians.
Tello has four caps for Colombia at Under-20 level.
