“I always felt like a Coach who is capable of improving the players and providing input and ideas for a club to keep improving. It's something I've always done, from day one and throughout the entire season.”
Fiorentina started out the season wonderfully, but struggled in the second half and was eventually ruled out of the top three places.
“We didn't do what we wanted to, and we reaped little of what we sowed. We were always better than our opponents, but we lacked drive and the hunger for goal.
“There are a variety of tactical solutions to become unpredictable as a team, but those depend on your means, on the players you have in your squad.”
