Eder blamed Manolo Gabbiadini’s late injury for Italy drawing 2-2 with Romania.

Goalscorer Gabbiadini went off five minutes from time with an ankle problem, leaving the squad down to 10 men.

“I think the squad did well, as we did in Belgium, but again did not get the result we deserved. Unfortunately we also went down to 10 men as there were no more substitutions after Gabbiadini’s injury and we struggled,” he told Rai Sport.
