The agent of Sampdoria forward Eder says this season has been ’10 out of 10’, despite being curtailed by injury.
It was announced earlier today that the Italian international would miss the rest of the season having picked up a knee injury, but his agent insists the season has not been marred.
“Since it [the injury] happened, the outlook wasn’t the best,” Andrea Bagnoli admitted, speaking to SampdoriaNews.

“These things happen, it could have been worse, however when you get a blow to the knee you never know what can happen.
“I’m sad, because I think he could offer so much to the Sampdoria cause. It’s been a 10 out of 10 season.
“In view of the injury I could say it’s a 9.5, but as I say, these things happen in football, and you have to move on.
“I’m convinced that the player has the strength to work hard, and show up for next season in the best possible condition.”
