Edin Dzeko has turned up for his Roma medical, amidst speculation linking the striker with Inter.

Roma’s non-internationals already underwent medical tests for the 2019-20 campaign last month, with Steven Nzonzi the biggest name not to attend.

However, there was no such controversy with Dzeko, who joined Antonio Mirante, Aleksandar Kolarov, Patrik Schick and Robin Olsen in reporting for medicals on Monday.

Despite his presence, the Bosnian did not respond to Giallorossi fans outside Villa Stuart clinic calling for him to stay or sign any autographs.

Maxime Gonalons, who spent last season on loan at Sevilla, was the first to check in, while Cengiz Under is expected to join his fellow internationals later.

Amadou Diawara was excused, the recent arrival from Napoli having only exited the Africa Cup of Nations with Guinea on Sunday evening.
