“Bologna will be very determined and that means we have to be too, approaching this game as if they were Napoli or Juventus,” said Donadoni in his Press conference.
“We’ve got to be as hungry as Bologna. They are fighting to stay in Serie A, while we want to qualify for Europe.
“There’s no point making predictions, as remember we didn’t move in the table for eight days, then beat Napoli, so the table is open to changes. We just have to focus on being 100 per cent.”
Cassano is out of today’s game due to an ankle injury, but Alessandro Lucarelli and Amauri return from suspension.
“Cassano still feels pain and we don’t want to risk him. Marco Parolo is out, but this group has always shown it is able to survive missing a few individuals.”
FantAntonio received a call-up by Cesare Prandelli for Italy’s fitness tests ahead of the World Cup, increasing his chances of going to Brazil.
“He worked very hard for this chance, as he was a big part of the group and the city of Parma really influenced his mood too.
“Now another door opens and he must do well to deserve his call-up, the same way he has done until now. There are still six games left and he can prove his physical readiness as well as his obvious quality.
“When I called Cassano for Italy in 2008 he was in great shape and I’d say he’s in the same condition now. Over the years he has matured and this can only help his overall career path.”
