Parma Coach Roberto Donadoni says there is great anger at the club that they were excluded from the Europa League.
The Gialloblu finished sixth in last season’s Serie A table, clinching what they thought was a place in continental competition.
However, they were then omitted after Italian football’s governing bodies refused to grant them a European license following the club’s supposed late payment of bills.
“We’ve seen it with the President,” Donadoni said at Parma’s start of pre-season Press conference.
“From my point of view there is great anger, just like for the President.
“We earned something on the pitch and then we saw it taken away. I am conscious of what we have done and of the work we have ahead.
“We did everything possible to get into the Europa League, we are still very bitter.”
