Dodò was sent out on loan over the summer, but with a strange clause that effectively forced Inter commit to buying him permanently for €10m at the end of the season from the moment he made his first appearance.
“It will be difficult at the Olimpico and we must prepare the game in the best possible way so that we can win.
“The result against Roma could prove to be very important for the rest of our season. The important thing is to win, it doesn’t matter how or with what scoreline.”
Things have changed at Inter since Walter Mazzarri was sacked, as Dodò has been moved into a right-back role by Roberto Mancini.
“The Coach’s career speaks for him and I am very happy to be working with him.”
Last week the Derby della Madonnina ended 1-1, but Dodò was left with a large scar on his lip from entering a collision course with Sulley Muntari’s elbow.
“Did he apologise? No and I don’t expect him to call me either. To be honest, I expected the referee to at least award a free kick…”
