Roberto De Zerbi admits the Serie A table suggests Palermo’s clash with Crotone is a relegation scrap.

The teams occupy the bottom two positions of the table at this early stage of the season, with a combined one point from six games played.

“Is it a relegation six-pointer? The table says it is,” De Zerbi said at a Press conference.

“But it isn’t a thought that haunts me. There are a lot of games to go and my aim is to get results with an idea of how to play.”

The Coach then demanded that his team show courage as they look to climb the table.

“I don’t want my team to be static. I want character, a lot of movement and I want the boys to be more switched on mentally.

“I want a team free to make mistakes but with courage. By taking risks you can lose, but you need to have courage.”
