David Lopez is on his way to undergo a medical with Espanyol after the Napoli midfielder was spotted at the airport.
He had already been left out of the squad for Saturday’s 4-1 friendly victory away to Hertha Berlin.
This afternoon, Napoli fans spotted David Lopez at the airport getting on to a flight towards Barcelona and asked him for a selfie.
The 26-year-old is expected to complete the transfer within 24 hours.
