Parma coach Roberto D’Aversa saw ‘some positives’ to their 1-1 draw at Torino, but hopes they can learn from mistakes too.

“There were some positives to the game, such as fighting back from a goal down and of course coming away with a point,” D’Aversa told Sky Sport Italia.

“We made some errors and I hope we can learn from them, especially conceding that goal on a set play and giving away an avoidable penalty.”

Torino had the opportunity to win the game from the spot, but Luigi Sepe saved Andrea Belotti’s kick.

“After three months away, it was a decent performance from both teams. Torino are a very physical side, so we did well to keep up with them. Now we’ll have to analyse the fitness levels and see how they recover with another match in three days.

“Before anyone starts talking about a push for Europe, we first have to guarantee our Serie A safety and keep our feet on the ground. This is going to be a very unusual season.”
