Tomorrow will be a decisive day at Inter’s training ground in Appiano Gentile as Joaquin Correa and Romelu Lukaku both fight to reach full fitness.

The Nerazzurri had limited attacking options for their tight Champions League draw with Barcelona yesterday, forcing Simone Inzaghi to start Edin Dzeko and Lautaro Martinez against the Blaugrana. Multiple Primavera talents like Valentin Carboni were on the bench, a sign of their lack of options up front.

As reported by Sky Sports Italia, Inter hope to see Correa return to squad training tomorrow, having worked through his recent knee injury. Lukaku will undergo a round of tests in the morning and if things go well then he could also take part in squad training, giving him a chance of joining the squad for the league clash with Salernitana

The return of the pair will give Inzaghi a serious boost in attack at a crucial stage of the season, when the team are trying to shake off their poor domestic start.
