Domenico Criscito is reportedly seeking a January exit from Zenit for a return to Serie A, with Inter and Napoli linked.
According to Sport Mediaset, the left-back has told his entourage to find a club in Italy for later this season.
Criscito has repeatedly been linked with a comeback to the Peninsula, over the summer most notably for Inter, Napoli and Fiorentina.
The 28-year-old has been in Russia since Genoa sold him for around €15m in July 2011.
