Genoa announce that Domenico Criscito will be out for four weeks after having surgery on his foot this morning.
The defender has returned to the club from Zenit St Petersburg, but his pre-season will be hampered as he recovers from injury.
“Genoa CFC announces that the operation on Domenico Cristico’s left foot, performed this morning at the San Martino Hospital in Genoa was perfectly successful,” a statement on the Grifone’s website confirms.
